communication providing the end user the capability of highlighting areas of accident damage the assessor may miss, or pointing out via text other
important matters that need to be addressed by the assessor when carrying out the online assessment.

Easy step by step on screen file transfer ensures a smooth transmission to NRMA or RACV.

The informative, up to the minute on screen log displays all messages
received and sent on any and all jobs in progress.

GIO/SUNCORP (ARNIE - Quotation Messaging Standard)

In November 2002, Auto-Quote Australia Pty Limited released another new program to enable our customers to communicate with GIO/Suncorp Australia wide, sensitive to each State's specific requirements.

This product allows communication with GIO/Suncorp (ARNIE) using
intermediary software.  Each repairer is allocated a repairer ID and depending on whether they are recommended or not, a password for access to the
ARNIE website to display information on each job they currently have in
progress. 

Again, Auto-Quote Australia Pty Limited was the first software provider to
release this newly developed product to the motor vehicle industry for the benefit of its customers.
