AUTO-QUOTE has provided computerised Estimating, Accounting, Business Management and Financial Reporting Programs to the Body Repair and Insurance Industries since 1982. All New South Wales TAFE Colleges Australia took our software programs on board in 1984 along with Richmond TAFE in Victoria and Ithaca TAFE in Queensland.

Since being established we have become the industry standard and because of our commitment to industry we have been able to provide much needed solutions for both repairers and insurance companies.

One of these solutions was the development of our industry recognised Research and Training Centre located at our Head Office in Sydney Australia. Over 100 people visit our centre each week to gain greater skills and benefits from their investments and to share valuable business management concepts and ideas.

TAFE students and teachers regularly attend our apprentice hands-on learning workshops to better equip the students with knowledge of Auto-Quote programs that they will be using out in the marketplace and to make them a more worthwhile employment prospect in the future.

We regularly conduct Assessor Orientation courses on Auto-Quote. These courses are designed to give the Assessor information and hands on introduction to computers and to keep them up-to-date with the latest technology.

AUTO-QUOTE also conducts Industry Training Seminars in all Australian States and Territories as well as many other English speaking countries. Our programs and training covers Estimating, Digital Imaging, Job Costing, Payroll, Accounting (incorporating General Ledger) and Financial Reporting. Our seminars introduce industry to our proven and successful production control, scheduling and marketing concepts with major emphasis on efficiency.

AUTO-QUOTE client base is worldwide, being well established in Australia, USA, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, New Zealand, Canada , New Guinea and United Arab Emirates. Collectively, they represent over 4,000 repairers to date.

AUTO-QUOTE Fleet Management packages have been installed at a number of sites including SACON State Fleet, National Fleet Management and NAFA Management Pty Limited. Other specialist packages such as Field Assessing, Towing and Mechanical are continually being developed and implemented to provide even more industry solutions.

AUTO-QUOTE has direct communication with major vehicle suppliers. Our team of specialist programmers have written programs to convert and download tape information to update and enhance our extensive Parts Database.

AUTO-QUOTE has frequent and valuable contact with major overseas corporations such as Mitchell USA, ADP (Audatex USA), CCC, Motors, US, Herberts UK and Thatcham UK and have developed interface programs to enable our clients to use them within Auto-Quote.

With this tremendous world wide industry contact providing us with feedback daily, we continually develop programs and suitable training methods to meet the needs of our growing client base.

Currently there are over 120 purpose designed programs within Auto-Quote. All the programs are fully integrated with Multi User capability. The software is written in high level language and is extremely fast and powerful.
