Confirmation
To ensure your place for a course, complete the booking form below and fax to Rebecca (02) 9570 6639 and post your cheque to "WA Courses" 496 Forest Road Penshurst NSW 2222. There is no limit on the amount of people that can attend the courses from one shop.
Should less than 10 people confirm attendance for each course, the course will need to be cancelled. In this case, we hope to give you as much notice as possible.
Cost
A fee of $60.00 (incl GST) per person per course applies to cover venue and equipment hire. Tea and coffee on arrival and morning tea will be supplied.
Cancellation Fees
Due to high demand of people wanting to participate in classes, any cancellation(s) received within 72 hours of a scheduled class will incur a penalty fee of $60.00 (incl. GST).

The centre is situated near Curtin University, Bentley and is 6kms from the centre of Perth. Parking is available on Brodie Hall Drive.
Lunch can be purchased from Bett's Catering Café in the same complex.
