The Payroll is a stand alone module within the Auto-Quote System.  On set up the pay day can be set to your company requirements.  There is the ability to have three awards set up, you can select to pay each employee by money, cheque, or account, do adjustments before and after tax and even deduct additional tax.  Employees can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Allowances can be claimed and deductions made as well, either automatically or entered manually for each week they are applicable.  Superannuation can be set up using either a dollar or percentage value and is calculated as each pay is entered.

Sick leave and Annual leave hours are calculated automatically according to the Awards set up.  These hours are automatically reduced when given to the employee at time of making pays, with loadings and taxes calculated.

Employees records of sick days and holidays can be entered easily while making the pays.  This area is date and time sensitive allowing you to enter the hours they have taken.

Long Service Leave payments are automatically calculated according to the Awards set up, as are terminations of employment.

There are a number of comprehensive weekly, monthly and yearly reports including summarised and detailed reports as well as group certificates and a Payroll Planner for the current year that can be printed at any time.
